| Baldwin Commons is located on Baldwin Road North of I-75, across from the new 1.6 Million square foot Great Lakes Crossing regional mall. Baldwin Road is a four-lane boulevard with a full service interchange servicing I-75. Baldwin Commons is located in Northern Oakland County. Orion Township, which is one of the fastest growing communities in the State of Michigan, includes a multitude of new subdivisions that have either been approved or are in the pipeline for approval by the various communities in Orion Township and surrounding areas. Baldwin Commons has two trade areas: One, the traditional area which includes a five mile radius: and Two, the trade area which will be brought in by the Great Lakes Crossings regional mall, developed by the Taubman Company. The mall is 1,600,000 sq. ft. The trade area the mall appeals to is in excess of a 50 mile radius and is expected to draw from as far away as Saginaw to the North, Lansing to the West, and Toledo to the south. The anchor tenants at Great Lakes Crossings are a 30 screen Star Theatre, Game Works, Nieman's Last Call, Saks Off Fifth, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath and Beyond, Circuit City, Bass Pro Shop and many other national retailers. Baldwin Commons Shopping Center is 400,000 sq. ft. with approximately 375,000 sq. ft. of inline anchor tenant space and three outlots of approximately 8,500 sq. ft. each. Baldwin Commons will include such tenants as Kohl's, Comp USA, Linens 'N Things, Michael's, Office Max, Cost Plus, and Old Navy, PetCo, Great Party and Babies R Us among others.
