 Centerpointe Mall, a hybrid of big box and interior “mall” tenants, is conveniently located at the intersection of 28th Street and East Beltline, at the epicenter of Grand Rapids retail activity. Eighty thousand vehicles pass the property daily.
The mall was renovated in 2001 bringing the first Nordstrom Rack to Michigan. Additionally, DSW Shoes, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, JoAnn ETC and Dunham’s were added. Up to 150,000 SF of retail space is available at this mall.
